Change can either be a good thing or a bad thing, sometimes everything seems like it’s changing for the worst and it can cause you to have no self-motivation Change doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing though, it’s how you perceive it. So here are three ways to deal with change.

  1. It’s important to realise that you won’t always feel the way you are feeling now, it will get better and you will eventually heal.
  2. Just breathe and take a step back from the situation, try to find the positives and make light of a situation.
  3.  If the experience is truly bad and there are no positives than use the situation to teach yourself, learn something from it. Let the situation make you a stronger person because if I have learnt anything in the past few years it’s that every bad situation is a lesson in disguise.

Don’t fear change because if we didn’t change and nothing ever changed around us we’d be pretty boring people with no stories or experiences to share with anyone. I hope you enjoyed reading, I put up new blog posts every Friday.
